Siew Fong started her professional career as a Chartered Accountant, gaining valuable experience in both professional and commercial settings, specifically in Audit, Accounting, and Finance. She accumulated over 10 years of expertise in due diligence assignments, monitoring accountant engagements, asset verification, forensic assignments, IPO audits, and statutory audits at BDO and KPMG. Her passion for people-oriented matters led her transition into Human Capital in 2009.
As an Executive Director in People & Culture, Siew Fong is instrumental in crafting and executing impactful strategies that align with organisational leadership, developing HR teams to enhance their strategic capabilities, and fostering a culture of engagement and performance.
Siew Fong plays a pivotal role in talent acquisition, building a sustainable recruitment pipeline from entry-level to experienced hires, and championing the employer brand to attract and retain top talent. Additionally, she has spearheaded initiatives that have strengthened team engagement and overall performance.
She currently sits on the Industry Advisory Board of Taylor's University and HELP University's School of Business.
