Chan Kwan Yee

Kwan Yee has more than 20 years of experience in tax with professional accounting firms. She has provided tax compliance and consultancy services in the areas of income tax, audit and investigation, real property gains tax and etc.

Kwan Yee’s expertise is in corporate tax advisory work for local and multi-national companies in the trading, construction, property development, hotels and manufacturing sectors. Kwan Yee is also involved in corporate restructuring, local and foreign listings, joint ventures and investment structures.

She has been involved in GST implementation for various industries and MyGCAP assignments with RMCD. She is also responsible for indirect tax and income tax incentive advisory at BDO.

She currently serves as a Committee Member of Compliance & Operations Working Group under CTIM Technical Committee-Direct Taxation (I).
