Overview

As part of the client service team, you will specialize in providing transfer pricing advisory and compliance services. This includes conducting detailed reviews of intercompany transactions, transfer pricing documentation, and business structures to ensure compliance with local and international regulations. 
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare transfer pricing reports, local file documentation, and master file submissions for various jurisdictions
  • Conduct transfer pricing analysis, including benchmarking studies, economic analysis, and documentation of intercompany pricing policies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tax, legal, finance, and business units, to ensure effective implementation of transfer pricing policies
  • Provide advice on the tax implications of business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, and intercompany arrangements
  • Assist in managing and preparing responses to tax audits or queries related to transfer pricing
  • Stay up-to-date with local and global transfer pricing regulations and market trends, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation
  • Prepare and assist in the filing of transfer pricing-related documents and disclosures in accordance with regulatory requirements
  • Provide ad-hoc transfer pricing and tax-related support to management as needed


Education and professional skills/ knowledge

Experience & Education:
  • A recognized degree in Accounting or equivalent and/or a professional accounting qualification
  • At least 2 years of working experience and in-depth knowledge of tax and other related legislation, ideally gained in a professional practice environment


Other skills:

  • Possess strong people management, interpersonal, communication and networking skills
  • A client service mindset and capable of being an effective business advisor and problem solver
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with excellent command of English
  • Candidate able to read and write mandarin would be an added advantage
