Overview
Key responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and clerical task according to the needs of the business unit
- To maintain effective and systematic filing systems
- Oversee correspondence management, including emails, phone calls, and mail
- Coordinate firm events, training sessions, and seminars
- Generate sales invoices as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and handle sensitive information with integrity
Education and professional skills / knowledge
- Preferably candidates with Certificate/Diploma in relevant field or equivalent
- With at least 1 year of experience in related field
Other skills:
- A good team player, proactive and self-motivated
- Proficient in both written and spoken English
- Proficient in Ms Office application
- Good communication skills
