Overview

The Office Administrator plays a key role in providing administrative support to the teams in our office in Penang and ensuring the smooth functioning of our daily operations by engaging with various internal and external stakeholders.



Key responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative and clerical task according to the needs of the business unit 
  • To maintain effective and systematic filing systems
  • Oversee correspondence management, including emails, phone calls, and mail
  • Coordinate firm events, training sessions, and seminars
  • Generate sales invoices as needed
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and handle sensitive information with integrity



Education and professional skills / knowledge

Experience & Education:
  • Preferably candidates with Certificate/Diploma in relevant field or equivalent
  • With at least 1 year of experience in related field


Other skills:

  • A good team player, proactive and self-motivated
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English
  • Proficient in Ms Office application
  • Good communication skills
