Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and design materials for various marketing and communication needs
- You will be working within the Corporate Office/Marketing & Communications team in brainstorming and developing effective and creative communication materials including brochures, advertisements, newsletters, and other marketing materials
- Able to create creative and trending social media posts and content management on various social media platforms
- Organise, maintain, and manage project files, templates, and image libraries to ensure efficient workflow and accessibility
- Ensure all design assets strictly adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive and professional brand image across all channels
- Possess photography, videography, and editing skills — an added advantage that contributes to producing high-quality multimedia content
- Knowledge in basic web design and Content Management Systems (CMS) will be considered an added advantage
Education and professional skills / knowledge
- A recognised Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia, Art, Graphic Design or equivalent
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience, with up to 5 years preferred for senior level consideration
- Proficient in design and productivity software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and Microsoft Office applications
Other Skills:
- Demonstrate strong creative flair, originality, and a keen eye for visual design
- Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects within desired deadlines
- Able to work collaboratively with other departments as well as independently on projects
