Lee Boon Hooi is Executive Director of Tax at BDO in Malaysia. She has over 20 years’ experience in tax practice. 

Boon Hooi is an accomplished tax professional with vast experience in overseeing the tax affairs of Malaysian and multinational corporations across a broad spectrum of industries, including manufacturing, property development, construction, tourism, retail, and medical services.

Her core expertise lies in tax compliance, audit, investigation, and transfer pricing, along with providing insightful advisory to companies facing tax-related challenges. 

Additionally, Boon Hooi has played a pivotal role in helping businesses navigate tax disputes and has been integral to numerous assignments related to e-Invoicing and indirect taxes.
