Jason Lee Liang Wai

Jason brings over a decade of experience in both financial and IT audit across public listed and private entities, with specialised knowledge in IFRS and US GAAP engagements, as well as ISA and PCAOB auditing standards. His experience spans industries such as software and IT, payment gateways, FMCG, manufacturing, power and utilities, and healthcare. 

Prior to joining BDO, Jason was a Director at KPMG PLT, where he led hybrid audit portfolios and managed IT audit quality initiatives, including the drafting of KPMG's annual IT audit guidance slides for 2023 and 2024. He also completed an 18-month secondment to KPMG USA, where he was involved in US GAAP and PCAOB audit engagements within the software industry.
