Vijey R. Mohana Krishnan - Partner, Tax & Revenue, Raja, Darryl & Loh
Vijey has extensive experience in income tax, custom duties, GST, real property gains tax, tax incentives and stamp duty. Unlike many other tax advisers, Vijey’s experience extends to tax litigation – he often appears before the Special Commissioners of Income Tax, the Customs Appeal Tribunal, the High Court and the Court of Appeal on major points of tax law. He has acted for clients in a wide range of tax cases,including transfer pricing and deductibility of employee share option charges claimed by subsidiaries of listed companies. Vijey is widely recognised by international legal and tax directories including the Asian Business Law Journal.

Chang Ee Leen - Partner, Tax & Revenue, Raja, Darryl & Loh
Ee Leen is a tax lawyer who recently returned to legal practice after some years as a tax consultant in the International Tax and Transaction Services practice of a Big 4 accounting firm. She is well-versed in various areas of Malaysian tax laws, particularly in corporate income tax, real property gains tax and stamp duty. In her earlier years in legal practice, Ee Leen had been involved in numerous litigation cases, particularly, tax appeal cases before the Special Commissioners of Income Tax, High Court and Court of Appeal. Ee Leen has handled significant tax audits and investigations, and is widely recognised by international legal directories for her technical excellence in tax practice.

Tan Sin Huat
Sin Huat is a specialist in the area of Stamp Duty advisory. He has more than 35 years experience in taxation with the IRBM. Sin Huat was the Principal Assistant Director of the Stamp Duty Division at the IRBM. As a Technical Officer in the Stamp Duty Division, he was involved in preparing technical papers and providing advice to Bank Negara and the Tax Analysis Division of the MOF. He was also involved in the amendments to the Stamp Act from 2005 to 2010.
