Overview

As a Finance Executive, you will support the finance team in managing daily accounting operations and preparing financial reports. You will gain hands-on experience in accounts preparation, compliance, and statutory reporting, building a strong foundation in finance and accounting.


Key responsibilities
  • Input and distribute daily billing and collections reports, ensuring accurate updates
  • Process and track staff claims and vendor/supplier invoices
  • Perform weekly and monthly bank reconciliations and assist with trade receivables, payables, and payments
  • Maintain and update financial records, spreadsheets, and other documentation as required
  • Support management with ad-hoc financial tasks, projects, and reporting as needed
 

Education and professional skills / knowledge

Experience & Education:  

  • A recognised Diploma in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
  • Preferably with 1 year of relevant experience in Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable

 
Other skills:
  • Good command of both spoken and written English
  • Meticulous with a sense of urgency and able to work with minimum supervision
  • A strong team player with good interpersonal, communication, and writing skills
  • Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
