Overview
We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing & Communications Senior Executive/Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible in assisting with the development and execution of internal and external communication strategies to promote our brand, products, and services.

This role involves creating engaging content, managing social media channels, measuring the effectiveness of marketing efforts and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels. 


Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of marketing and communication initiatives to enhance brand visibility, stakeholder engagement, and business objectives
  • Write, edit, and proofread communication materials, including publications, newsletters, social media content, website content, internal announcements, and marketing collaterals
  • Develop engaging content for digital and print platforms to support the firm’s service lines
  • Support digital marketing initiatives, including website updates, SEO activities, email marketing, and campaign performance tracking
  • Develop and coordinate internal communications to keep employees informed and engaged
  • Ensure all communication materials are aligned with the firm’s corporate visual identity guidelines, brand voice, and messaging standards
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including service lines and support teams, to understand communication needs and deliver timely marketing and communication support
  • Stay updated on marketing and communications trends, best practices, and emerging digital tools to support continuous improvement
  • Support other marketing and communications activities, projects, campaigns, and events as required
  • Travel may be required for off-site events and business-related activities


Education and professional skills / knowledge
Experience & Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
  • At least 4-5 years’ experience of relevant working experience
  • Experience or exposure to Accounting, Finance, Business or professional services will be an added advantage
  • Knowledge or experience in corporate communications across events, content development, internal and external communications, and media relations will be an added advantage
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, email marketing software, SEO, web analytics, and content management systems will be an added advantage

  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and engaging content for different audiences and platforms
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, professional services environment
  • Ability to adopt an AI-first mindset, with the willingness to explore and apply AI tools, including generative AI and automation tools, to enhance marketing content creation, analytics, and workflow efficiency
