Overview
Join our Infrastructure, Strategy & Commercial Advisory team, where we help clients make strategic and financial decisions across power, energy & renewables, utilities, transport & logistics, and real estate.
We deliver integrated services along the deal continuum, including M&A strategy, feasibility studies, financial modelling, bid advisory, business & capital structuring, operational and commercial due diligence, negotiation support, post-acquisition integration, and value creation.
As a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, you will contribute to project delivery, support client engagements, and play a key role in financial and commercial analysis for high-impact infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and review of financial models to assess project economics, returns, and bankability, ensuring clients receive actionable insights
- Oversee the analysis of project value drivers and risks, evaluate scenarios and sensitivities, and advise clients on effective mitigation strategies
- Deliver high-impact reports, presentations, and financial analyses that clearly communicate findings and support stretagic client decisions
- Lead the review of project agreements, term sheets, and regulatory frameworks, providing guidance on structuring, compliance, and commercial considerations
- Manage interactions with stakeholders, including government, public, and private entities, to facilitate project execution and align with client objectives
- Mentor and guide junior team members, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery of project outputs
Education and professional skills/ knowledge
Experience and Education:
- A recognized degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent with at least a second-class upper grade
- Prior working experience in professional services firm or in a corporate finance role
- Demonstrable experience in financial modelling, infrastructure-related and financing projects will be an added advantage
Other skills:
- Strong analytical skills, practical judgement and enthusiasm for developing financial projections
- Possess strong people management, interpersonal, communication, and networking skills
- Outstanding organisation and project management skills
- Proficiency in Mandarin (written and spoken) and data analytics tool is an added advantage
- Willing and able to travel regionally for business
