Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with compiling, organising, and analysing HR data and reports, including employee engagement, attrition, leave utilisation, and other people-related insights
- Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities, recognition programmes, and firm-wide initiatives
- Assist in running employee surveys, including collecting responses, data clean up, and preparing summary reports and presentations
- Help create PowerPoint presentations, employee communications, and reports for various HR projects and initiatives
- Support data clean-up, record maintenance, and other administrative tasks to ensure HR information remains accurate and up to date
- Assist with event coordination, including registrations, logistics, communications, and on-site support during employee engagement activities
- Provide general support for HR projects and initiatives, working closely with the HR Business Partner and Employee Engagement teams on a variety of assignments
Education and professional skills/ knowledge
Experience and Education:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma/bachelor’s degree in human resources/business administration/psychology or any related courses
Other skills
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Good attention to detail, with a meticulous and responsible working attitude
- Able to create basic posters or visual materials using design tools such as Canva will be an added advantage
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Good interpersonal skills, with an interest in working with people and supporting employee-related initiatives
- Active involvement in college or university clubs, societies, events, business competitions, or case study competitions, particularly in organising activities or taking on leadership responsibilities, will be an added advantage
