Overview

As an Executive, you will provide general operational and administrative HR support, including onboarding coordination, employee records management, HR documentation, and day-to-day HR activities. You will work closely with the HR team to support smooth HR operations and contribute to a positive employee experience.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational HR support
  • Assist in coordination of onboarding arrangements for new joiners
  • Maintain accurate employee records and filing systems while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with internal policies
  • Perform ad-hoc duties and other responsibilities as required from time to time


Education and professional skills/ knowledge
Experience & Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related discipline
  • Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant experience in HR administration or a related HR support role
  • Experience in handling HR documentation, personnel records and HR-related correspondence will be an added advantage

  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment 
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn and adapt
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Good organisational, time management and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS
