Overview
This role involves creating engaging content, managing social media channels, supporting brand and marketing activities, measuring communication effectiveness, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing corporate communication strategies to support business objectives, increase brand awareness, and drive engagement
- Assist in writing, editing, and proofreading communication materials, including publications, newsletters, social media posts, website content, and other marketing collaterals
- Create engaging content for various channels, including websites, social media, email, digital newsletters, and print materials
- Manage social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, monitoring, and engagement
- Assist in executing the firm’s digital marketing strategies and SEO initiatives
- Develop and distribute internal communications to keep employees informed and engaged
- Ensure all communication materials are aligned with the firm’s brand guidelines, tone of voice, and messaging
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing communications
- Assist with other marketing and communication activities, projects, and events as required
- Travel may be required for off-site events and business-related activities
Education and professional skills / knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
- Preferably 1–2 years of relevant working experience in marketing, communications, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, email marketing software, SEO, web analytics, and content management systems will be an added advantage
Other Skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and engaging content
- Creative, proactive, and willing to learn and adapt to new marketing trends, tools, and platforms
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
