Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR professional with proven expertise in HR operations, particularly in offboarding, compliance, and policy implementation. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, a people-first mindset, and the ability to balance day-to-day operational excellence with strategic contributions. 

This role requires adaptability, a solutions-driven approach, and a genuine passion for creating positive employee experiences while ensuring HR processes remain efficient, compliant, and future-ready. You will work closely with leaders and teams across the organization, contributing to the continuous enhancement of our HR practices and supporting the growth of both our people and the business.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employee offboarding arrangements, which includes exit interviews and related documentation
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation, statutory requirements, and internal policies
  • Contribute to the enhancement of HR policies, processes, and employee lifecycle practices
  • Prepare HR reports and workforce data to support management decision-making
  • Identify opportunities to improve employee experience and strengthen HR service delivery
  • Lead or support HR projects and initiatives that drive continuous improvement across the organisation



Education and professional skills/ knowledge

Experience & Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or any related field
  • At least 3 years of relevant HR experience; prior background as an HR Generalist will be an added advantage

  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment 
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn and adapt
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
