Koo Kian Ming

Kian Ming has over 20 years of experience in corporate tax compliance and advisory serving multinational and local companies in diversified industries such as oil and gas, property development, construction, tourism, manufacturing, retail and plantation.

He has advised clients on various tax issues such as inbound and outbound investments, group restructuring, tax efficiency structures and tax incentives. He has also involved in many tax due diligence reviews due to corporate exercises.

He liaises with government bodies in Malaysia such as the Inland Revenue Board, Ministry of Finance and Malaysian Investment Development Authority to resolve tax disputes/issues and to apply for tax rulings or incentives.

Kian Ming has spoken at various seminars and workshops organised by BDO and professional bodies.
