IRB’s Updates on Extension of Movement Control Order

On 25 March 2020, the Malaysian Government has announced that the Movement Control Order ("MCO") will be extended from 31 March 2020 to 14 April 2020. In this connection, the Inland Revenue Board ("IRB") has issued an updated “Frequently Asked Questions ("FAQ") on Tax Matters During the MCO Period” on 26 March 2020.
