Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate training programmes
  • Identify and analyse the training needs of professional staff
  • To ensure the staff records and database are updated
  • Assist in developing the annual training calendar
  • Ensure all training activities, materials and training records meets the BDO International core competencies
  • Logistic arrangements, ie training setup, materials, handouts, visual aids and etc
  • Manage the resource centre
  • Assist in the extraction and compilation of statistics for reporting purposes
  • To execute standard and ad-hoc reports for the management’s review
  • Any other ad-hoc assignments and projects as and when required




  • Preferably a Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree holder in any discipline
  • 1 year of relevant working experience is highly desirable
  • Outstanding organization and project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining quality and accuracy
  • Proactive and able to work independently
  • Proficient in both spoken and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Proficient in MS Office application & Zoom
