Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate training programmes
- Identify and analyse the training needs of professional staff
- To ensure the staff records and database are updated
- Assist in developing the annual training calendar
- Ensure all training activities, materials and training records meets the BDO International core competencies
- Logistic arrangements, ie training setup, materials, handouts, visual aids and etc
- Manage the resource centre
- Assist in the extraction and compilation of statistics for reporting purposes
- To execute standard and ad-hoc reports for the management’s review
- Any other ad-hoc assignments and projects as and when required
Requirements:
- Preferably a Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree holder in any discipline
- 1 year of relevant working experience is highly desirable
- Outstanding organization and project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining quality and accuracy
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Proficient in both spoken and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficient in MS Office application & Zoom
