I joined BDO Binder as I found it to be a dynamic place to work with energetic and friendly people. They presented a firm that was expanding and growing with many opportunities. I am currently a Senior Associate 1 (SA1) in the Audit department. My role mainly involves motivating and providing support and guidance to team members, as well as ensuring that quality client services are provided. The ability to communicate effectively is also important as we work mostly in teams. What I enjoy most about my work is being exposed to different types of industries and finding out what makes a company tick.”
