Support Services PositionsMarketing & Communications - Manager / Assistant Manager( Based in Kuala Lumpur ) Responsibilities- Assist line superior on the overall implementation and execution of marcom plans/budgets and to drive through the execution
- Assist line superior to optimize on media scheduling, planning and implementing artwork, creative layout and promotional bundles in marcom
- Manage liaison with external vendors e.g. premium items, mailing houses and production/design services
- Develop and write corporate and marketing collaterals for both internal and external communications
- Assist line superior to plan and execute corporate PR and advertisements through close collaboration with firm’s various business units
- Assist to develop and prepare corporate materials and press releases
- Assist line superior with relevant marcom/business development research work
- Manage brand development events
Requirements-
- Graduate Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or related field of studies
- At least 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience
- Excellent command of spoken and written English is essential
- Good interpersonal & communications skills
- Good organizational, planning and project management skills to manage projects and external vendors and internal colleagues
- Ability to work in a matrix environment assisting in the implementation of marketing programmes aligned with corporate programmes and adapted to local market environment as required
- Creative mindset with ability to work to deadlines
- Able to work with minimum supervision, manage subordinates and is a team player
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint, Publisher
- Working knowledge of Adobe Indesign will be an added advantage
- Prior experience in events management is an added advantage
