Support Services Positions IT Support – Executive ( Based in Kuala Lumpur ) Responsibilities - Participate in deployment of projects
- Troubleshoot and provide internal support to users in the firm including branch offices for any hardware and software issues from day to day operations
- Support the TS team and the manager to achieve project targets
- Assist the team in maintaining all internal hardware and software, network and any other peripherals
- Deployment of firm’s application and software to all laptops and desktops
- Work with the team to maintain asset management database for reporting purposes
- Test and report all new/upgrade applications external and internal before deployment/implementation
- Assist to install and deploy serves for network security
Requirements - Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years' of relevant working experience
- Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN infrastructure works, IT applications implementations
- Analytical, detail conscious and able to work extra hours when required
- Good interpersonal & communications skills
- Good organisational skill
- Ability to work to deadlines and as a team player
- Able to work with minimum supervision
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft products and good command of English
