IT Support – Executive

( Based in Kuala Lumpur )

Responsibilities

  • Participate in deployment of projects
  • Troubleshoot and provide internal support to users in the firm including branch offices for any hardware and software issues from day to day operations
  • Support the TS team and the manager to achieve project targets
  • Assist the team in maintaining all internal hardware and software, network and any other peripherals
  • Deployment of firm’s application and software to all laptops and desktops
  • Work with the team to maintain asset management database for reporting purposes
  • Test and report all new/upgrade applications external and internal before deployment/implementation
  • Assist to install and deploy serves for network security

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years' of relevant working experience
  • Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN infrastructure works, IT applications implementations
  • Analytical, detail conscious and able to work extra hours when required
  • Good interpersonal & communications skills
  • Good organisational skill
  • Ability to work to deadlines and as a team player
  • Able to work with minimum supervision
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft products and good command of English
