Administrative Executive

( Based in Kuala Lumpur )

Responsibilities

  • Provide full administrative support to the Strategic Business Units 
  • Organise and maintain filing system
  • Taking and drafting minutes
  • Drafting business letters, memos and confidential documents
  • Vet documents and claims before submission for approval to Group Head
  • Coordinates and arranges meetings, travel schedules, reservations and ad-hoc projects
  • Handle and organize daily schedule of the Group Head

Requirements

  • PSC, STPM or Diploma in Secretarial Studies or equivalent
  • At least 2 - 4 years’ of relevant working experiences
  • Ability to work independently
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills
  • Able to meet deadlines and work well as a team member
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English
  • Good organisation, planning and project management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
