 | | Besides audit, he has also undertaken numerous financial due diligence assignments on various industries including toll roads, water, power, manufacturing, motor, hospitality, construction and property; both locally and overseas. He is also involved in valuations and various corporate finance engagements. Mok also specializes in Insolvency work including liquidation and receiverships. Mok also has over nine years’ of commercial experience. Previously, he was a Senior General Manager (Corporate Finance) in a large diversified Group listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia. His responsibilities included acquisitions & disposals, evaluating business proposals and joint ventures and various corporate finance work. He was also a member of the senior management team overseeing the diversified operations of the Group which included manufacturing, property development and investment, healthcare, engineering and construction, financial services, leisure, infrastructure (including toll roads) and utilities. He was also a director of a toll concessionaire. In addition, he has seven years audit experience with a UK accounting firm and another five years advisory experience with a Big 5 firm in Melbourne, Australia. |
