Wong Wing Seong Executive Director, Advisory |  | | Prior to joining BDO Malaysia in May 2007, Wong Wing Seong was the executive director in charge of Corporate Finance at KPMG, one of the Big 5 accounting firms. During his tenure, he was principally involved in corporate advisory, restructuring and IPO related assignments. He was also previously the Director of Issues and Investment Division in the Securities Commission (“SC“) from June 2000 to March 2004. The division carries out the regulatory functions in relation to the issues/offerings/listings of securities, take-overs and mergers, assets valuation and matters pertaining to unit trusts and other collective investment schemes. Whilst at the Securities Commission, he also participated in the formulation of primary market regulations and guidelines, and also capital market policies. He presently is the Executive Director in charge of Corporate Finance and Restructuring. | | |
