Corporate Finance – Senior Executive

• A recognised Degree in Finance, Accounting or any major business disciplines and/or equivalent (e.g. Professional Accountancy Qualification).
• At least 2-3 years’ relevant experience, preferably in an auditing, corporate advisory, merchant banking or investment banking environment
• Knowledge of Corporate Finance type of work will be an added advantage
• Familiar with Securities Commission guidelines, rules of Bursa Malaysia and Companies’ Act
• Good report writing and presentation skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Ability to work in a team with initiative and excellent interpersonal skills
• Computer literate with working knowledge of MS Office applications
