Corporate Finance - Associate Director/Director

• A recognised Degree in Finance, Accounting or any major business disciplines and/or equivalent (e.g. Professional Accountancy Qualification). Candidates with MBAs are encouraged to apply
• At least 7 years’ relevant experience, preferably in an auditing, corporate advisory, merchant banking or investment banking environment
• Knowledge of Corporate Finance type of work will be an added advantage
• Familiar with Securities Commission guidelines, rules of Bursa Malaysia and Companies’ Act
• Possess a client service mindset, proven leadership skills as well as a strong appreciation of business issues
• Good report writing and presentation skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Must have good industry contact
• A team leader with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Computer literate with working knowledge of MS Office applications
