Governance Advisory - Associate Director/Director (my)

• A recognised degree in Finance, Accounting, Professional Accountancy Qualification or any major business discipline. Candidates with MBAs are encouraged to apply
• At least 6-12 years’ of relevant working experience, preferably in an auditing, advisory or commercial environment
• Knowledge in internal auditing processes, governance frameworks or risk management will be advantageous
• Analytical, report writing and presentation skills
• Professionals who can provide high quality, value-added advise to clients
• Strong command of both written and spoken English
• Proven management and leadership skills
• Result-oriented with initiative and interpersonal skills
